1. Scope

This Policy describes the use of cookies and similar technologies, including browser local storage (localStorage), on polandbusinesshub.eu.

Personal-data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies and localStorage

Cookies are small pieces of information stored on or read from a user's device when a website is used. Similar functions may be performed by technologies such as localStorage.

3. Legal basis

Storage of or access to information on the user's device is governed by Article 399 of the Polish Act of 12 July 2024 – Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej).

Technologies strictly necessary to provide a service requested by the user may be used without separate consent within the limits provided by law.

Google Analytics and its associated cookies are activated only after consent. Where personal data is processed, the legal basis for Google Analytics is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

If such tools are added in the future, the consent mechanism and this Policy will be updated before they are activated.

6. Consent

On the first visit, users can allow Google Analytics, continue without analytics or open the settings.

Google Analytics is not loaded before consent. Refusing analytics does not restrict website access.
